This policy explains what Quorum collects, why, and your choices. Quorum is a social plan-coordination service available on the web and on Android.

Information we collect

• Account details — your email, display name, and username, provided at sign-up.
• Content you create — plans, votes, and profile details you add.
• Basic technical data — standard logs your browser or device sends when you use the service.

How we use it

To run the core service: authenticating you, storing and syncing your plans and votes, and coordinating plans between you and the people you invite.

Service providers

• Google Firebase — authentication and database/storage.
• Klipy — GIF search for optional profile customization; GIF queries are sent to Klipy to return results.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Plan and profile information is shared only with the people you invite or, for public plans, with other signed-in users as you choose.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, delete plans, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
